What languages and accents are supported?

English (AU, NZ, US, UK, IN), with Mandarin, Cantonese, and Vietnamese available on Business and Scale plans. Voice clones available with consent.

What happens if the agent doesn't know the answer?

It says so, captures the question, and routes to your team via SMS, email, or warm transfer. Better an honest 'let me find out' than a confident wrong answer.

How long does setup actually take?

Where is my data stored?
